TOSKU is a newly established, Boston-based video production company. Officially launched in August 2024, TOSKU stands for truly unbounded creativity: making without commercial expectations and encouraging clientele to be as imaginative as they can dream to be. Their small but mighty team hopes to not only stretch the boundaries of what video production can be, but also—at the end of the day— “have fun and make cool shit”.
In early 2024, I partnered with TOSKU to redesign their portfolio website, transforming their standard Squarespace website into a custom, three-dimensional, interactive digital experience. My process began with a “floorplan” that acted as a sitemap, followed by multiple rounds of 2-D sketching, and culminated into a complete render of the website in Blender. Each room, acting as a separate page of the website, contains numerous screens to display the company’s video projects, supporting copy, and team biographies. The TOSKU website has been my most ambitious 3-D rendering project to date, with my goal for the end user being able to engage in point-and-click video game style exploration, discovering more about TOSKU as they interact with the space.
Currently in development, the TOSKU website will launch in late 2024.
